Ankara, 1999. Arzu enchaîne les appels tarifés dans le call center érotique où elle travaille. Quand un séisme soudain frappe Istanbul, un jeune homme avec lequel elle était en ligne est pris au piège sous des décombres et la supplie de le sauver.
