Sergio, a seventy-year-old actor-singer who has lived through XXth century history-in-the-making of French thought, seees the dark side of things. His heavy drinking is eating away at his meninx. Feeling responsible for all the worries of the world, he entreats his son Simon to clear things up by taking up the writing of a book.
Sergio, un acteur-chanteur de 70 ans qui a traversé l'histoire de la pensée française du XXème siècle, a des idées noires. Conjuguées aux effets de l'alcool qu'il absorbe en quantité non négligeable, elles lui rongent les méninges. Persuadé de sa part de responsabilité dans tous les malheurs du monde, Sergio sollicite son fils Simon, pour tirer tout cela au clair, sous prétexte de la rédaction d'un livre.
